I am also diversity looking for a place to co-exist. My 35 years have told me I will always be an outsider, as not a member of the prominent faith. I love UT, but may leave to find more of my own, unless someone can tell me where in UT to look for a non-LDS population. My children suffered numerous times when smaller for a lack of friends to play with. Now as a retired adult I need to find friends for me. If someone knows where I'm listening.

Probably best to start your own thread, but I'll recommend some places anyways. You'll find lots of communities of retired folk in St. George where less than 50% of the community is LDS. Also, park city tends to have a more open and liberal population, likely less LDS. There are lots of parts of SL valley like that as well.

You need a hobby that involves more people than just you alone ...

I am retired, and belong to a group of people with the same hobbies as I have.
Plenty of mix (religion-wise), and nobody ever discusses religion ...

Nephi is a crappy town. Everything is old and dilapidated.
