Thanks but I called Humboldt County Housing Authority and they are not accepting portable Section 8 voucher transfers anymore.

I found out I cannot move to Crescent City because it's not big enough to have Medi-Cal dental providers.

And the Eureka/Arcata area is not accepting voucher moves there anymore. I need to look at Oregon and WA.

It's not like a person needs to go to the dentist every day..maybe you could take a bus to a larger town when you need to see a dentist. And I don't think that adult dental care in Oregon and Washington is going to be much better. I'm sort of scratching my head here, it sounds like Crescent City would have met all your needs but you reject it because there's no local dentist who will accept medi-cal?
