I also love warm naan with peanut butter on it for breakfast (and a snack). The peanut butter melts inside and is so gooey and delicious! Peanut butter is a staple in my diet.
I love it, it's so easy and filling, and tasty!
I wish I had something like that where I lived. I'd never stop eating it.
Well...it's actually 45 miles from where I live, which is why I'm picking up breakfast on my way in to work! I've taken two trains and it's taken an hour and 45 minutes to get there. But if you're ever at the World Trade Center in NYC, it's Essex Deli, right across Liberty Street from Bldg. 4.
rolled oats, or Trader Joe's 4-grain cereal (rye/barley/oats/wheat), or quinoa, or cream of buckwheat + cream of rice... and soon will try cooking corn grits + quinoa.
Just tried a blend of cream-of-buckwheat and corn grits (polenta)... it's great!
That sounds good! I don't have something called a "Sandwich Toaster", lol, but I would improvise.
Something like this "Sandwich Maker" at Walmart.
I bought one at Walmart about 10 years ago for under 10 Dollars "Black and Decker". One can be creative in the fillings. I put Potato. Some people put cheese or other veggie fillings.

I live alone so I'm not really wild about too many gadgets cluttering the kitchen, but that does look kind of cool. Until recently I was working in a Hasidic neighborhood, which is great for vegetarians because of their separation of milk and meat, and I used to like to get burekas, which are sort of turnovers with a flaky crust and filled with spinach, mushroom, or potato. I could make them with one of those things!
Peanut-butter-and-cracker sandwiches
Oatmeal cooked in OJ with a sprinkle of nuts and dried cranberries or blueberries
Cornbread
Toast and oleo, toast and marmalade
Fruit
Last night's leftover rice
A bean burrito
Chia pudding has been all over the inter-webs for a while, but I just couldn't muster any courage to make it. The results always looked like this click-bait ad I saw about some kind of rare infection of the skin. LOL
Nevertheless, I pulled out my nearly full bag of chia seeds over the weekend, and I finally made a batch of chia pudding. I always heard it's very similar to tapioca pudding, which I love, but...alas, the chia seeds still have a bit of crunch in the pudding, so I can't compare it to tapioca. I topped it with a spoonful of natural peanut butter, strawberries, bananas and blueberries. Drizzled a bit of agave nectar on top, and it turned out to be a delicious breakfast that kept me full for hours. I added oatmeal to my bowl the next day, and it was just as good. It's my new go-to breakfast.
Otherwise, I'd probably have a breakfast wrap with Udi's (Not Rudi's) gluten free spinach wrap wrapped around baby spinach and tofu and then heated in a skillet until the wrap was slightly browned. Hot sauce on the side.
I'll eat:
cereal with some almond milk
soy chorizo and potato or bean tacos
smoothie
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
I'm going to try my hand a tofu scramble soon.
