So I was wondering what kind of hemp milk you guys are drinking, because I see some of you have no problem of mixing it with coffee.
Thanks,

I'll answer as best I can. It's true that plain (no sweeteners or flavoring) hempmilk curdles in very hot water with acidic drinks, it also tends to separate. I drink weak tea with organge essence (Earl Grey) - and usually I buy organic tea so that might cut down on the acidity. In coffee - yup, it curdles!!! Only option is to use what others have suggested - rice or almond milk. If you find any other way, let us know, please~

I prefer rice milk to soy by far. I have some almond milk in my cupboard waiting to try, and an Irishman I work with swears by potato milk. I want to make some in the near future. Potato Milk Recipe
