Ledo's is closing on Sunday. When it reopens it will be a restaurant that is part of the Ledo franchise restaurants.

I hope they keep the seafood pizza option at this one. That and the Meat-lovers are the only pizza we get from there.

There is a sandwich shop next door? Sounds yummy.

Is this another new apartment development? Looks like it replaces the holdout Knox box on the corner of Knox and Guilford. Thought there was another project (the Hub) that is replacing the few remaining Knox boxes on the other side.

This is actually the 4th new large student housing project for this relatively small area downtown near Terrapin Row. And developers have also working on plans for a fifth across Baltimore Avenue.

It has been filed with County planning. It would cover the area on Yale Avenue immediately south of the City parking garage. Now the two property site has a small apartment building and a small house. The small house recently sold for over $2 million.

Students are flocking to my CP rental houses. They want out of the apartments. The reasons... expensive, no freedom, no fun, expensive parking, high density Covid and other germ super spreaders.

Cloudy future for all these projects. Not the least of which is the distance learning revolution taking place.
