Is Jefferson apt or axiom safe for family
Is Capitol yard safe neighbour hood.
I liked the apt are wonderful but what kind of place is it

the area is pretty safe - check out riverfront park, where you often see families with young children (its still the city, so do be alert, especially late at night). That said I think more of the families in the area live in the townhouses, or in the lofts (Foundry Lofts) - there may well be families in the hirises, but I've never noticed them.
