Is it reasonable to drive along Beach Drive/Broad Branch Drive from Chevy Chase to Rock Creek P'way during morning and evening rush hours? (South in the a.m., North in the p.m.)? How long does it take. If not, how long does it take you to get from Chevy Chase to NOVA otherwise? I take the Arlington Memorial Bridge and get on 395. Thanks!
