I keep coming back to wanting to find a place that is affordable, but where there is no place within a five minute drive that is too "ghetto". I have lived in this area my whole life, and outside of the very urban industrial parts of Seattle, I have never seen a town or area around here that looks anything like the Bronx, or anything widespread that I would call "ghetto". What towns are you talking about that you checked out in your #16?
