Believe it or not, the Dallas area got quite a bit of rain this morning, but counties to the west still have Red Flag Warnings. Here in Austin, I saw a little bit of rain and a couple flashes of lightning, and it passed through quickly this morning. Dry, windy conditions still persist in many parts of Texas, including Austin.
