It seems like a similar weather to Buenos Aires, only a bit colder (wich is nice!!!) and with less humidity (wich is awesome!!!). The lows in the summer seem nice, specially with the less humidity. I wonder how much it rains and how many sunshine hours San Luis haves.
Its basically Buenos Aires but less hot and less humid and probably the air feels much nicer (so its better!!!) . Pretty nice climate i might say. If summer highs were around 26, it would be perfect.
Winters are cold. Colder than BA and even similar to MDP, but i guess in San Luis the 3 celsius dont feel as chilly as in MDP.
Also, San Luis scenery is supposed to be beautiful (never been there).
Until now, i thought San Luis had a MUCH hotter weather than this. Im surprised to see San Luis haves this kind of pleasant weather. Wanna go there sometime.
A very good climate overall by my summation, Rating A-.
Seems pretty warm for a place over 700 meters above sea level, but possibly night time temps in summer reflect this.
Relative humidity may be a mitigating factor, that may possibly reduce my initial assessment.
When I look at the average yearly means, I am particularly impressed.
Finally a weather that doest not get a load of Fs !!! :P
