Yes, we'll gain 16 minutes in the mornings over the next week but only 14 minutes in the evenings. Once we've got to the point where it's light outside at 7 am though I don't really notice the sunrise times much.

We switch clocks on March 8. Daylength is already as long as it is at late October when we have daylight savings, but because solar noon is late it would lead to very late sunrises if we switch now. Looking forward to the switch.
