Yes same here I noticed it was almost pitch dark to 4am which is not what it was like a few weeks ago.

Still long days with strong sunshine. It's interesting how daylight shortens by only about an hour in the month after the solstice and six hours in the remaining two before the equinox.

I noticed that I am losing light considerably quicker than 40 latitude. two weeks ago sunset in Cape cod was 3 hours and 5 minutes after me. Now it is 3 hours and 20 minutes.
