Nope, and you're not being very accurate here Salt Lake City's sun angle is 44.6°.
Today 6.56 - 18.28, angle 41.5°.
I thought that was your latitude, not your sun angle
But now I know you are in Monaco on the Riviera between France and Italy.
1) Evidenced by your giving of sunset time using the 24-hour clock numerics
2) The "sun angle" being 41.5 implies latitude is 90-46.5 = 43.5 because the sun is directly over about 5 degrees south of equator right now
Latitude 43.5 over the spots with this rise and set pattern could put you between London and Windsor, Ontario Canada (rural farmland) or puts you in the middle of Idaho to the west, or in Eastern South Dakota.
I won't bet on these locations.
I'll go with continental Europe.
This is also too north for any significant place in Asia and Russia is desolate
So Europe it is

But now I know you are in the Swiss Alps
Some place like Berne, Switzerland

2) The "sun angle" being 41.5 implies latitude is 46.5 because the sun is directly over about 5 degrees south of equator right now
Latitude 46.5 over the spots with this rise and set pattern does not conform to any significant place in Eastern US or Ontario, and puts you in the middle of North Dakota to the west.

You have to be in continental Europe.

You have some sharp deductive reasoning and observations skills. You are close but not exactly, but I guess we are not using the same source for sun data. I live in Nice, France (43°42'N) and the values I quoted are from timeanddate.com (Sunrise and Sunset for France)
