Well its common for my latitude.

Sunrise in america is earlier than here.

I remember our (Indonesian) government's plan to unify all the countries' time into UTC+8. If it really realized, our countries' latest sunset will be at 19.56 (Banda Aceh, 95W, 5N). It is not too late for most of this thread commenter, but - it affect MANY of people activity, and it is late enough for its latitude. (earliest sunset will be at 19.19)

No its a 2:45 sunrise.

And gmt -1 would not go down well for you. You are too far east.
