I'll take C but A is fine also. Even B is better than where I live. Nothing says depression like year round hot, sunny weather.

C - better the devil you know. That's a plausible London November but I don't think it's taken from real data, not from here at least.

I would choose A but clicked on C.
Though C isn't bad: gloomy and cool weather, just as November should be. Overall A seems more interesting, but it is quite cold for November. Looking at the temps and the slope, winters must be severe in this location.
