It rains here at that temp sometimes. Fortunately not often, but it will generally be heavy to very heavy if it does.

I'm actually fed up with the pathetic small diurnal ranges in this country.
We have missed out on so many frosts its unforgivable.

I'm the reverse; the more frequent frosts our larger diurnal range shorten the growing season by a lot. We'd have plants growing for longer. Next few nights are predicted to be in the low to mid 20s.
