Ouch! I don't envy you in the slightest. I start getting uncomfortable when the temperature drops below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Dunno, you're talking about the amount of overcast days? If so, yes, it's been cloudier than average lately. November averaged 0.9 sun hours per day, much below the 2.5 hour average.
Temp-wise, it's been quite normal, though veering towards below average in the coming days (hopefully), not much sun either it seems:

Though cloud, high humidity and light cold rain are typical for this time of year here. The rare sunny days are usually accompanied with cooler weather.
