Some areas are over 10 degrees above normal. Notice Long Island and CT shore benefiting from the cool waters. Gotta love that sea breeze BUT, I'm burning up as I actually hit 70 being a few miles inland from the shore.

Yes, the average minimum for January(coldest month) is 2.2ºC, the absolute minimum is only -9.5ºC.
