That low but green vegetation, those hills...could be many places. Can't be too dry as the vegetation are growing almost at the rock...but it might seem be drought - tolerant vegetation typical of mediterranean climates. The sea looks turquois but that can happen even north at Lofoten... Something white at the hills in the bacground, sand maybe? Or some type of white rock?
Ok, a wild guess: Somewhere in France, perhaps southern France?
