it's warm night here in Miami. the rainy season moisture is doing a good job of not letting the temperature fall it's an unbelievable warm 77f(25c) at midnight!! this would be normal for June July or august but at the begging of may not at all.

Exactly. The winds are directly out of the east, and forecast to remain that way most of the week.

Look at the temps offshore (the blue). The water is around 50F.

But look further offshore at the nice warm water waiting to arrive against the shore in time for summer. That is when the humidity will kick in and the dewpoints will go up. That water offshore (the warm water) is already about 74F. Gotta love the Gulfstream!
