Those don't look like official stations.

They're not, but there's consistency among them, almost all of them are in the 77-80 range.

16c and getting overcast at 19:35. Various stations in Zagreb have reported between 18 and 22mm of rain from early morning, and at least that much, probably even more, is forecasted for tonight.

you can tell by the cyclonic rotation of the radar echos that the upper low is nearly overhead

I would be careful with them since we don't know if they're set up properly. I prefer NWS stations.
