13c and rainy at 11:10. It's been 13c since 4am, and it's supposed to get colder than that during the day. Both high and low for tomorrow are forecasted to be 9c, which would make it the earliest below-10c day this millennium, perhaps longer, and lastly, with 30-ish mm of rain today and tomorrow, September will become the fifth month this year with 100mm+ precipitation and the precipitation for the first nine months this year will exceed the annual average.
