Cairo actually yields something that is commonly known as weather—much unlike the höle that is Lima.

I vote for Lima as I like the temperatures better: higher lows and lower highs. Some protection from the harsh sun is welcome too through cloudiness. Both are pretty bad in my opinion as I don't like arid climates.

I think I'll tolerate Lima better as Cairo gets 38C+ temperatures all the time, but it's close.
