A few clouds

8.4°C at 14:28.

This is what the temperature should be on average now but we've had a long cold snap and another one is coming.

Holding at 0C or 32F all day today.

20 cm of fresh snow overnight or about 8 inches. Another 5 cm or 2 inches are possible during the day.

This is the earliest start to the snow season here since around 2007-2008. Although you could tell it was coming: our daytime highs have been consistent with our average overnight lows for the past several weeks so it was bound to happen.

Average highs for this time of year are around +4C but we've mostly been around -4C as a max lately.
