The feel temperature won't be colder than the actual temperature because high humidity, unless the wind it's windy.

Humidity by itself won't make the temperature feel colder.

Dude, you know how long I waited for this right. Forecasts are at a limbo right now, and it all depends on where the snow-rain line is drawn. NW NJ could get as much as 6". Move that line 50 miles down (small distance for a storm, but large distance in NJ) and we might be blessed as well. Let me smile for once .
