Yes, it's very cold since two days ago because of southwest wind became northwest.
However, the high altitude of central Spanish plateau "meseta" has a moderate influence in it.
One of the coldest locations in Norway - Folldal (62 N) at an altitude of 694 masl, in a valley on the southern fringes of Dovrefjell, has -6,8C at 22:00 tonight. Small place, but inhabited.
