Uhm, no offence, but those aren't really the most reliable sources. The BBC:s "further ahead" forecast just predicts a minimum and maximum range of temperatures possible. As you can see, the actual conditions and high temps might be everything from 5-15C on Monday, and 3-13C on Tuesday. So in no case is the forecast a guaranteed 15C, most likely it will be something between 5 and 15C.
For Europe, wunderground is really not a reliable source. I suggest using official Met Office stations or weather online for example.

It puts you on 12C on Monday, but below 10C the rest of the period.

I've got better paid sources, apps like WeatherPro and MeteoEarth on my phone, not on my phone atm or I would link them.

But there is no sign of cold in the near future for the UK.

So 5 and 6c maxes aren't cold then?
