Will gladly! What's what friends do!

My choice of winter days is like what this afternoon was (of course) or days in the -20's (usually too cold to snow but not that cold). Days that we see our precious prairie sun.

This just seems too early for days below 0C (I was spoiled by our winters where we could wear sandals up to just a few days before Christmas). The winters where the snow and cold just run from mid Dec to the end of March are my favourites. So rare but when they happen I think we are so lucky to have all 4 seasons.

thanks Snowbound that helped

We are still colder than Winnipeg and Moose Jaw, but not too bad.

weren't you complaining that it was too cold not to long ago? and here I thought you were a dry heat lover.

It was too cold for me re this time of year. If it is over 0C we are usually sunny and it isn't snowing. Now the -20's can certainly bring snow but it is usually a dry snow and we will have some sunny days. The minus 40's are pretty much guaranteed sunny but I only like them if we've had a long string of cloudy days (last winter I was praying for those -40's just so I'd get to see the sun and so we'd have a break from the obscene amount of heavy dark cloud cover and snow that we suffered under/with for soooooo long).
