Its actually a very interesting Transitional Mediterranean-Humid Continental climate, with cooler than usual weather in December and January. Snow can be seen by traveling further north towards Ankara, which is a true continental climate.
Its located 125 miles north of Antalaya near one of those lakes and this region is in fact quite hilly. Waiting for istanbulmert to express his views (though he might oppose my revealing choice for women's clothing in the summer )
