The Icelandic archipelago, for much warmer summer lows and likely less precipitation days; winters aren't too far off in temps anyway.

May be comparing apples to oranges (one threshold for a "precip day" versus another), but perhaps at such a damp level, the difference between days recording at least 1.0 mm and those receiving at least 0.1 mm is probably minimised.
Vestmannaeyjar because it probably has somewhat warmer summers.
