Tired of hearing the Climo crap excuse.

If I get rain on Christmas Eve while a huge snowstorm happens for Midwest, Its not because of the Calendar or climo. At all.

It's just the way things flow and happen. Period.

Lots of ranting lately. 51°F outside.

Some idiot on an exotic plant forum I post on called myself & several other forum members liars because he didn't believe some things we grew in our UK gardens, despite showing him photographic evidence! He kept quoting minimum temperature figures for certain plants that the RHS quotes for houseplants so by that logic they couldn't possibly survive outside in the UK, despite being shown evidence otherwise

Like someone saying on the Europe forum, that olives can only grow in Med climates.

Fruit salad plants do well here, and some of them are real monsters (haha). Don't often see fruit on them though, and I hear the fruit isn't nice anyway (here at least)

The plants in question were Monstera delicosa & Schefflera arboricola. Now no one was saying they were hardy anywhere in the UK, but in milder areas they could be grown for a few 'borrowed' years until the cold finally catches up with them. Both plants I had grown in my Portsmouth garden (& others in Cornwall & London have or are growing them too). He said they were tropical plants that needed an absolute minimum of 10C so we were lying!

One of my classes had an online final exam and there were a few questions I did not finish before the time limit.

Haven't been interested in romantic relationships for more than two years, since my last one ended. Until now. I was feeling just fine all by myself, but now I suppose I'll feel lonely until I find someone again, if that even happens.

Well, it's the end of the semester. They just call them that because it's the middle of the school year.
