What's the coldest it's been so far in your country?
Predict whether or not it will go lower than this temperature again, further on in the winter and when.

Here, the lowest so far was -30.5C, which was recorded today in Gielas. One of the coldest days so far for northern Sweden overall. The coldest temperature before this day was -29.7C on the 14th of November.

I think it will go lower than this, with the next temp below this in late December.

The lowest here sofar (apart from very high mountain tops weather stations like the Zugspitze) was -10.4°C (13°F) in the village of Deutschneudorf in the Ore Mountains near the Czech border on December 9th.

I am almost certain it will drop lower than that this winter season.

Officially -28.9C in Utsjoki on 12 December. Right now in Kilpisjärvi it's -30.2C, so the record has already been broken.

Coldest in Turku has been -5.2C on 1 December.

I think its about -9c in the Scottish highlands around 2 weeks ago.

In London, the lowest so far was -0.8c on 14th December. Most years the coldest is around -4 or -5 so it will get colder.

Karesuando just reached -30.8C, around half an hour ago . I still think it will go lower than this later on in December, or maybe in the next 30minutes

I don't know but the lowest I have seen when checking was -43C. But I have not checked in awhile.

Coldest so far this winter is -30.5°C in Karasjok on December 10th.

No place in Svalbard has been that cold. Even Kvitøya has not been colder than -27.5°C, but that was in November. So Kvitøya has potential, and the forecast is -34°C the coming night.
