The lowest here sofar (apart from very high mountain tops weather stations like the Zugspitze) was -10.4°C (13°F) in the village of Deutschneudorf in the Ore Mountains near the Czech border on December 9th.
I am almost certain it will drop lower than that this winter season.
Amazing, where I live in Kentucky at 38N was already -12C in November!
Where I live, -17°C on December 1. It doesn't look like it will be surpassed this year.
