Was that sarcasm, because I calculated it out to be 3.8hours of sleep each night among them 92 summer nights

Seeing as our sunrise around the solstice is about 4:45am, I normally lose at least 4-5 hours daylight each day from sleeping

Nope. Yes, but the sun just shines 50% of the time possible, so you have to halve it. And only from the mornings, because who goes to sleep before 23:00?

Well, a "normal" person sleeps from let's say...0.00 to 8.00 so all summer sunshine between these moments is worthless.
That means also at my location the sun makes some hours at useless moments. Mostly around summer solstice of course

How come there is no poll about it?

Please include the two options "yes" and "yes".

Best solution is to wake up early in the summer. Tried to wake up at 6-6:30 this summer. On summer solstice I woke up at 5 am to experience a full day.
