3pm temps. Can anyone remind me what max temps in the 60s felt like? Gees.

Normal is Sept 1st for BDR to have it. Aug 25th for BDL to have it. Not this year.. I'm scared to say this may continue after our short breaks!

Behind that front is looking sweet!!!!

We'll get the edge of clouds tonight. Then feel Fall Monday & Tuesday. But nothing is looking like it's below normal next 2 weeks still. NO FROSTS for sure but we got time for that.

Poor Maine and Vermont with the 80s still. Geesus.

Meanwhile, here everyday is forecast to be in the 90's.

Lol wow. I'm going to be in the 90s tomorrow and the day after, but am expected to cool off into the lower 80s after that. I guess the core of the heat will be staying west.

Just checked Shreveport's 10 day. All days at 90 or above. Damn!

Check the OBS's for yourself. Not an error but interesting you guys thought it was. Im used to seeing it a lot.

Heres the 9am temps. Bridgeport not alone. Long Island, New Haven, NYC all in the 70s

New Haven, CT is the other site near the water.. Here's New Haven and Bridgeport OBS. No error. Was low 70s at 6am but then it dropped down right after. Now mid 70s at 11am.
It's only going to get worse if those waters stay warm. Hopefully they start rapidly cooling off soon.

This is what the 6-10 day anomalies look like.

Nineties are terrible in general, especially this far into September. And nothing but them?!

Making an assumption or common sense that it was a given or obvious that the south would have upper 80s/90s days on end if we're having record heat and 80s here. We need that extra heat pushed from the south to keep giving New England these consistent 80s.

I guess what Im saying is.. i bet there arent many times that we get upper 70s/80s up here without the south being in the upper 80s/90s especially in September.

I could be wrong if those 90s are just confined to the extreme south I guess.

Interestingly enough, we only have one day above 90 F in the forecast here. Even a couple of days with highs of 84 F and 85 F.
