Thanks. It's 16.9 F cooler year round and 8.6 F cooler during summer. Its winters are cooler than ideal, but still a much better climate than here.

BTW, I call niche "nish", maybe due to the lack of real stresses of vowels in the Finnish language.

Anyway, we don't use the word, we use segmentti - segment.
