You make an awful lot of this extra sunlight. From what I can work out, you're currently only getting around an extra 25 minutes in the evening...

On another forum I go on silly season has started again, people with inadequate screening for their temperature sensors & claiming ridiculous temperatures... Today it was apparently 19.2C in Ellesmere Port, the nearest NOAA weather station at Liverpool Airport had a high of 14C & the Met Office station at Hawarden had a high of 14.6C

So a smaller time difference is easier to recover from then, which completely contradicts what you say

No.. You have less of a willingness to make the effort to adjust so it takes longer. Duh!

I'm not very far away from Ellesmere Port, so I feel that I can safely call BS on that 19.2C reading. Whoever took that reading must have saw a flying pig just before.

You don't need to make an effort to adjust to an hour or two. In fact, even an eight hour difference only takes maybe a day or two to adjust. You just sound incredibly weak minded.

Not born in the ghetto, Alex. So, I don't need to be on defence mode constantly.

I've never known anyone to make such a fuss over an hour adjustment. It'll take me about a day or two to ease into the new pattern. I look forward to gaining that extra hour in the evening.

Lol what does being from the ghetto have anything to do with this? Is that the way you excuse yourself for being weak and pathetic? Maybe you SHOULD live in the ghetto for a while.....maybe your balls will finally drop instead of being a whiny priss.
