I liked working in a warehouse.. well, using liked the first of two warehouses I worked at. Some days were a bit on the strenuous side, but that didn't trouble me. Plus, it wad got in the warehouse in summer as there was no air conditioning in the building.

However, I would not want to work in the sun all day, like on a farm.

Its just the sun that would bother me - not the other aspects

sounds interesting but also like a pretty specific course. what does it exactly entail?

Surprised you wouldn't recognize it as you used to post Velvet Underground songs on here from time to time IIRC.

I'd love to work outside but those jobs are very poorly paid here compared to Australia, didn't you say it was pretty well paid? Being in the sun all day and walking about beats this crappy office job anyway with my colleagues who insist on having the windows shut so it's stuffy and sweaty as sh*t
I worked outside (winter and summer) and it was absolutely horrible. I'll take the stuffy office job any day.

It's snowing right now, and we won't see temperatures above freezing before tuesday next week...

That's rather unusual right? It doesn't look too nice here either, but at least the temps will mostly be around 5C the coming week. Outright misery. At this rate this summer will more resemble a tundra climate or something

The forecast of Kiruna resembles a horror movie Notice the sunset times for those temps too!

Kiruna people are weird folks. Can't believe anyone voluntarily would live there From what I've calculated if this forecast is accurate April will have an average of -1/-11 come April 21. Only nine days to recover that to the normal 4/-5 too!

So end result of the month is likely something like 0/-9 or something like that. Complete misery.

I'd live up there just to escape the failing multicultural experiment in the south.
