Looks like we are set to bust past our forecast high of 52F today, it's just past noon and we've already achieved the high temperature for today, the lack of cloud cover so far today has helped to boost our temperature. I expect a high for today of around 55F/13C, much more typical for late March than for early February.

And it looks like Indianapolis might have its second consecutive month with above average temperatures and this month if it is above average, would be like the 16th above average month out of the past 18 months

1051 AM EST MON FEB 6 2017

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHERN
CONNECTICUT...NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY AND SOUTHEAST NEW YORK..

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR A WINTER STORM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO
THURSDAY. THE POTENTIAL FOR PLOWABLE SNOW IS INCREASING AND THERE IS
THE POSSIBILITY FOR 6 OR MORE INCHES.

UNCERTAINTY WITH THIS STORM IS HIGH AS THE ATMOSPHERE DYNAMICS THAT
WILL POTENTIALLY CAUSE THE STORM TO DEVELOP ALONG OUR COAST ARE
STILL OUT OVER THE PACIFIC OCEAN. THIS STORM, IF IT DOES DEVELOP,
SHOULD BE A FAST MOVER AND BE OUT TO SEA BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

Sunny and 66 as of now. Forecast high next Sunday upgraded to 73 , CMC still showing 80... let's get it! 2 days at 70 tomorrow and wedensday. This winter has been very warm, not the warmest or close to it even but very warm. We will see how the rest of Feb pans out, it could out this winter in the top warmest.

George I found all that snow you have been missing, it's out here in Washington. 20 inches in the past 36 hours. The snowblower is sucking down gas like it's going out of style.

Seattle finally got a nice snowstorm: http://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-...-area-in-snow/
Up to 9" in higher hills in the city proper, with up to 2' in outlying suburbs.
