Nice autumn photos from the US (nice lake, and New Mexico looked like a nice hike), France (quite idyllic), Germany (yes, looks a little dry but nice)
Up here we are now starting to see fall colors in the lowland. Took a few images with my cellphone today. Lade peninsula near the fjord, Trondheim. Might be the last day with 20C+. Warmer than average, but cloudy September.

Sierra Ladrones (9210 ft) - No trail, just a class 3 scramble to the summit. Extremely remote...getting there required driving on 26 miles of dirt road.
The ridge I had to traverse
Steep drop-off
Fall colors in the gambel oaks below
The gentle summit area, in sharp contrast to the almost vertical cliffs on all sides
South view
View from near the "trailhead".
Distant view
Awesome pics.
Ladron Peak.....9200 ft / 2800 m
Ladron can be seen from Albuquerque ....50 miles north of Ladron.
Heard you checked out Magdalena yet? Cool old mining town just west of you
2000 higher up, nice and cool.
10,000 ft plus peaks nearby...Magdalena and San Mateo Mths.
South Baldy I think is the highest at 10,783 ft.
