Lol. You seem very delusional regarding your own climate. In an earlier post you said you get sunshine in abundance. I don't think you know what sunshine in abundance means. Also, Akureyri has never seen temperatures of 30'C ever. Putting your thermometer in the sun or oven doesn't count.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt because for an Icelander I'm sure 22C will feel like 30C does for us tropical beings in Sweden

I'd be interested to know what kind of extreme temps lowland inland valleys between all those mountains in Iceland's interior can record in July? I'd not be surprised if 28 or 29C has been happening there

Akureyri hit 29.4'C in June.
