Totally agree. That's what I like about places like Vancouver and Sochi. The snow rarely is at ground level.

I love thunderstorms and I hate snow. It's hard to walk in and my feet get cold and wet. I am not looking forward to this winter for that reason. Keep the snow. Give me a good ole' thunderstorm with lots of lightening any day.

You should've been here to see the light shows in July 2011 It was sick! The entire Baltic was like a disco for consecutive nights!

But that must not happen very often. Once in a while in Atlantic Canada there's thunderstorms to, but not like the Midwest and especially Florida. There at certain times there's thunderstorms constantly.
