I dislike thunderstorms, so it's an easy choice. Heavy rainfall is quite exciting, but I prefer it not to include lightning. The reason is of course, that thunderstorms can be fatal if at the wrong place at the wrong time (even indoors in a lone house on a field if extremely unlucky).
Snow is acceptable, although I prefer short blasts of heavy snow over the consistent dripping of snow that cold winters see here.
Being in Sweden, I can't see there being much thunderstorms. Now Florida on the other hand.....
I love thunderstorms and I hate snow. It's hard to walk in and my feet get cold and wet. I am not looking forward to this winter for that reason. Keep the snow. Give me a good ole' thunderstorm with lots of lightening any day.
You should've been here to see the light shows in July 2011 It was sick! The entire Baltic was like a disco for consecutive nights!
But that must not happen very often. Once in a while in Atlantic Canada there's thunderstorms to, but not like the Midwest and especially Florida. There at certain times there's thunderstorms constantly.
