We still have not matched our February 24 high of 70 since then. That said, it could happen tomorrow

I genuinely hate the Atlantic Ocean during March and April.

It really is quite awful. NYC would have the same springs as Kansas City if not for that ****ing ocean

That is a good thing, I would prefer a long stretch of 50s and 60s for high temperatures. In Kansas City you go from Winter to Summer with not much in the way of mild Spring weather all.

They have consistent 50s in March, whereas here March is a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde month where the weather could be in the 20s and 30s for weeks at a time. You can be lucky and get Dr Jekyll like in 2012 or 2016, or you could be unlucky and get Mr Hyde like we did in 2014, and 2015, and again in 2017. 30s for highs is unacceptable in March

I feel you guys. Honestly after having spent the early spring in Paris I can definitely say that I prefer it here compared to Nice. The Mediterranean sea really is a nuisance in spring. Actually they should build a foldable wall along the shore. It would be up from December to May, and down from June to November. No one needs the sea in winter and spring anyway.

Looking at temperature maps of Europe I see areas downwind from the Baltic stuck in the 30s in the mid-afternoon while other locations mere kilometers from there are in the upper 50s. Same in France, I see places in the 50s a couple dozen miles from locations posting temps in the upper 70s. Maritime influence can be a you-know-what.

It's a pain in the ass in fall too, when you're getting lows close to 80 F well into October, meanwhile even just a few hours north they're getting lows in the 50s consistently
