Awesome! I live by West Milford so our forecasts are usually the same (even though my area is covered by Mount Holly). 63 F/17 C and sunny is quite unusual for September 1st. I'll be basking in the coolness.

Oh wow, yeah, you're right on the NWS NY / Mount Holly border. I always think Mount Holly shouldn't cover NW NJ. Should be part of NY or Binghamton.

Cold front passed through this evening. winds went from SouthWest and west to NorthWest and North.

Interesting that the Canadian SIP which came out yesterday is showing above normal temps for September in the Midwest

GEFS shows very cool conditions dominating 1-5, 6-10, but possibly easing in the 11-15

Yeah, I was having doubts we would see 50s. At 10pm it was still warmish.

Look where the front is now, Cleared way out. So the clouds did as well and the High Pressure is closer with temps at 5000' around 7°C over our heads now..

So happy the fronts aren't stalling near the coast as they usually do.

High is to reach 65° this afternoon with clouds. Harvey is on its way here.
