Might as well make a run at the record at this point.

Even better, let's just skip fall and head straight into winter.

I wish October would come after August because Summer goes on in September.

September is a very unnecessary month with Summer-like temperatures going on.

52.5° in my backyard. I don't remember it being this cold in early September in recent decade.

Some frosty 30s showing up in MA. Wow.

The forecast is an appaling 6-10 degrees below normal for the most part in the 10 day, though we are going to get a few warm days next few days, none of those are substantial and are average to slightly above...Meaning we have skipped september and are now in ****ing october. Our average high doesnt drop below 80 till september 20 something... yet the forecast doesnt reflect that. Check out winston salems forecast, how tf is nycs forecast warmer than there for the 10 day.

Yes...30s in nei's area, definitely nippy for early september.

Upper 40s lows in my area (low 50s, like your area, right along the lakeshore).

Very chilly morning

https://twitter.com/NWSChicago/statu...25225636712448

Maybe a 90 on Labor Day

Holiday weekend to warm and include Chicago’s first Labor Day 90-degree high in a decade; West in the grip of record heat; San Francisco sets a new all time high of 106-degrees Friday; heat to buckle jet stream sending sharp cooling into nation

But then the bottom drops Tuesday and Wednesday

I hope...

Note that 2000-01 La Nina winter 2008-09 was negative neutral, and 2009-10 was El Nino
