BMI, all that blah blah blah is Bulls**t. 172cm @ anything above 60kg is a death sentence according to these idiot retard wankers. No wonder there are self-esteem issues and people want to kill themselves
172 cm height and 65 kilograms weight possess an Bmi of 22, which is a normal BMI but people see it as Skinny.

I need to be 70 kilograms for people not to see me as skinny.

Not everybody is able to gain muscle. I like myself better at 65 kilograms than at 70 kilograms.

Gaining muscle is so difficult. It is unlike losing weight or gaining weight, which is pretty easy.

You can lose fat or gain fat, which are very easy but gaining muscle seems to be out of question for me. It is just so difficult.

Me at 65 kilograms (BMI: 22)

Me at 70 kilograms (BMI: 23.6)

You're underweight big time.

I'm 172cm and am 100kg, I am stronger than my dad and can crush anything smaller than me into a powder. Everyone gets me to open their jars lol.

I haven't been unable to open a jar since I was probably below 12 years lol. I don't think that tells anything.

Holy **** I love eating out in Queens. So much variety and in many places you can eat out for under $15. This would never happen in Manhattan
