Cheapest food in town here is the Hare Krishna place. Five dollar lunches, and you won't need seconds

BMI is a scam. I had to get a medical for insurance a couple of years ago, and even though the doctor said I had a moderately low body fat percentage, he was bound by law to rate me as obese - when a system can force untruths, then you've got a rotten corrupt system.

BMI is a load of overly simplistic crap. I'm obese by that scale too and I'm not even fat by any means of the word. BMI almost never takes into account how much muscle someone has. According to that scale, a "medium frame" man my height should weigh 160-170. I would look like a skeleton if I weighed that much.

I think BMI works for normal people. Most of the people don't have muscle.
