Local meteorologist mentioned a very low chance of wintry mix tomorrow night into Wednesday morning.

The NAM last night was showing snow down to south Louisiana! No longer showing it this afternoon.

Alexandria has never had snow accumulation in November.

Waiting here for it. Another couple hours it starts...

Current Radar and Temps. Single digits in Minnesota this evening???

Chicago and Indianapolis on the edges of the snow. Looks like 2 streams are separate.

Current Upper Heights. If that Jet stream was south more or flatter in the East we would be getting snow here. Ugh. Instead the snow is moving Northeast (Texas to Indiana).

So the CPC just uses the CFSv2?. A failure of a model? Our local WGN weather service is showing near normal conditions for week 2 with a few days slightly above and slightly below normal. They must be using a blend of models.

Single digit wind chills for a good chunk of the metro area right now
