Near 50 today. 20-25 degrees colder tomorrow and Wednesday. Then back up to normal or above normal after

You would hate our flat and boring winters in FL. Months of no rain and sun everyday gets old fast. All home prices over the top in Tampa as well, big crash coming.

No real cold for years to come. The 1980's are long gone.

Gonna be a long and hard 6 dry months.
Tampa is running 2F below normal for December

Won't be case for the month. After the next 3 weeks it will avg out above normal Don't matter that a few days were below norm. Today was well above and wait till Tuse figures come in with near 90's inland. Every month come up above normal. We would need a Dec like 1989 to bring it well below normal. The 1980's with real cold is long gone and not coming back in over 420 lifetimes.

Interesting departure map. Whole east coast Maine to Florida below normal this month while rest normal or above....now a polar front is coming across.

Nonsense. Home prices in Florida don't even come close to the prices on the west coast.
