Don’t you enjoy the spectacular fall colors when they arrive though?

You must like me typing NOT A CHANCE. Not in a million years jack. Jet will stay 800 miles+ to the north like it does every winter since 2011. I am calling for a repeat of the fall thru spring of 2016-17 when i had around 3.4" total for all them months. So take it to the bank for all to see.

What in the devil would even make you think i am gonna get crazy rain this coming winter? Last wet winter was 1997-98 with 35" in 4 months and that was my dream setup. Then we went 2.5 years with no rain at all after that.

What planet is that on? All the cards are coming together for record dry fall thru spring for my area. Last two EL Nino's were total duds for rain in my area. Just the one in 1983 and 1997-98 gave us good rain.

Indianapolis received 0.08 inches of rainfall yesterday bringing the monthly total to 0.12 inches. Yesterday was also the most rain we've had in over 40 days, since August 18!

With no rain coming today or tomorrow, September 2020 will close out as the driest September ever recorded here with only half of the precipitation as the previous driest September.

September 2020 will also go down as tied for the 5th driest month we've ever had since records began in 1870.

It feels like Grimsby on Lake Huron shores. Cold, damp, drizzle for a whole week.

Surfs in the Bay of Biscay as a strong upper-level low supports the genesis of a powerful mid-latitude cyclone poised to strike the west coast of France this weekend. Reasonable confidence at this point of a significant weather event as operational ECMWF and ensembles are all in general agreement.

Florida may set September record lows from this cold front.
